The 2025 Good Soil Forum, presented by Wells Fargo, is set to convene a dynamic assembly of entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders from June 12 to 14 at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, Texas. This year’s forum, themed “Transformation Agenda,” aims to empower undercapitalized entrepreneurs by providing access to capital, mentorship, and strategic insights. A highlight of the event is the Seed Capital Pitch Competition, offering a total of $500,000 in non-dilutive funding, with prizes including $200,000 for first place, $100,000 for second, and $75,000 for third, along with additional awards for community choice and Dallas-based businesses. Finalists will also gain entry into the Good Soil Accelerator, a year-long program designed to support business growth and fundability. The forum features keynote speeches from influential figures such as Oprah Winfrey, T.D. Jakes, and Jerry Lorenzo, as well as interactive workshops, networking sessions, and a marketplace, all aimed at fostering innovation and economic empowerment within underserved communities.
