With a goal of empowering others on their fitness journey while providing a safe space for spiritual connection and healing, teaching others to instruct using her intentionally curated style is a form of paying it forward and spreading the love.

“Sometimes, people just need to know someone hasn’t given up on them. I know I might get on some of y’all’s nerves because you haven’t been here, but it’s about more than just showing up. I want y’all to live long enough to see your grandbabies grow up. Too many of us are leaving this earth because of things we can still change. It’s not too late. We have to keep showing up—not just for ourselves,
