TheraMeet & Greet: Therapists of Color

TheraMeet & Greet is a free community gathering designed to connect Indianapolis residents with therapists of color in a welcoming, approachable setting. This experience creates space for real conversations around mental health, offering a chance to meet professionals, ask questions, and explore support options in a way that feels accessible and grounded.

Whether you are actively seeking therapy, considering it for the first time, or simply want to better understand available resources, this event invites you to engage at your own pace. The goal is to make mental health support more visible, more familiar, and more connected to the community it serves.
