The Midwest Leak Reading Room will host the Midwest Book Exchange: Indy Indie Book Crawl Edition on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10 AM to 3 PM at 5860 Michigan Road in Indianapolis. The event creates space for readers, writers, and cultural storytellers to connect through books, conversation, and live creative expression.

As part of the Indy Indie Book Crawl, the Midwest Book Exchange centers independent voices by bringing together youth and adult authors for a day of literary discovery. Guests can browse an independent author pop up shop, meet writers during book signings, and hear powerful storytelling through live readings.

The experience also expands beyond the page. Select authors will participate in podcast interviews, giving attendees a deeper look into the stories, inspirations, and journeys behind their books.
