The S.E.A. Leaders Training Institute will host the third annual S.E.A. Leader Awards on December 6, 2025, at the historic Propylaeum, where guests will experience a Regency-inspired evening filled with celebration and purpose. The gala highlights small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations that demonstrate exceptional service to Central Indiana. Hosted by Erica Coleman, the event features food, drinks, live performances, engaging panels, and an atmosphere designed to uplift local leaders who strengthen the community. Funds raised throughout the evening will support ongoing leadership development through the S.E.A.
