YAG Day 2025: A Day of Peace, Empowerment and Community for Indy’s Youth
On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the Pathway Resource Center will host its annual Youth Against Guns (YAG) Community Day following the Annual Far Eastside Peace Walk. The day begins at 10:00 AM with the Peace Walk starting at C.A.F.E. (8902 E. 38th Street, 46235) and ending at the Pathway Resource Center (10119 John Marshall Dr., 46226), followed by a press conference at 10:30 AM. Under the theme “See Something, Say Something. Save a Life!” this powerful walk unites families, youth, and community leaders to promote peace, healing, and safety across Indianapolis.
From 12 PM to 3 PM, the celebration continues with the YAG Community Day, a free, family-friendly event featuring food trucks, games, raffles, a grocery giveaway, music, bounce houses, and more. Presented in partnership with State Senator La Keisha Jackson, Moms Demand Action, and other community organizations, YAG Day is a call to action and unity. Your support matters. Get involved by joining the Peace Walk, signing up to volunteer, becoming a vendor, or sponsoring the event at pathwayindy.org. RSVP by August 4. Let’s walk, serve, and build a safer future together. #YAGDay2025
