The westside of Indianapolis is back with another win as The Amp in Haughville welcomes Melon Kitchens. Co-Founder Kelli Jones knew the importance of creating a black owned ghost kitchen in Indy that will support black chefs and help scale their business from their homes to a full professional industrial kitchen. With the help of Co-Founder Jeff Williams & Program Director Jazmyne Long, they’ve managed to give black chefs in Indianapolis a scalable chance in culinary entrepreneurship.

Congratulations to the following black chefs that will be working from #MelonKitchens:

Lance George ( @comidaindy )
Mexican, Asian & African American Fusian

Paul Dickens ( @Pauls_Kitchen15 ) - Freestyled American Classics

Eric Kilgore ( @Saycheese78 ) - Gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches
