Midwest Leak 2012 Honorees(0)
The Midwest Leak Honors will highlight the achievements of several people that are influential in their respective industries throughout the region. The awards ceremony will take place April 15, 2012 at 6pm at the Madame Walker Theatre in downtown Indianapolis. This is day 3 of Midwest Leak Magazine’s 4 year anniversary celebration (aka #Leakend2012) which will span April 13-15th and include events around the city focusing on community service, business education and honoring excellence through service projects, seminars and this awards ceremony in addition to nightly parties.
With Indianapolis serving as the home base for Midwest Leak Magazine, the debut awards ceremony will shine a special light on Hoosiers with the “Indianapolis Favorites” series of awards. These awards will be given to those voted to be the faves of the people on MidwestLeak.com. There will be performances from Dro Man, Yung Tone, Lee’a Ro and more. Bring the family out to see who was voted as Indy’s favorite restaurant, barbershop, clothing store, night club, rapper and more!

Crowd Demands Playbwoi to Stage in Cincinatti(0)
While in Ohio for the Cincinatti stop of Big Heff’s Midwest Industry Tour the audience started singing “Take A Ride” by the Hoodlumz and demanded that Playbwoi (cover artist, issue 39) hit the stage to perform the hook for them. He followed with his singles “Eatin’” and “Feelin’ Myself” closed out the night.
