Your music is inspired by real life stories right? How do you pick which stories to share? Yes, they are inspired by real life stories. When I hear a beat I just write what I’m feeling or about what I am going through at the time.

You write your own music? Is it hard to allow yourself to be so personal? Yes, I write everything. Not at all I’m an open book and I’m an artist. Being personal makes the best music and reaches out to my fans.

Who inspired you to get into music? My mother was a singer and so was my uncle. I have been around music my whole life so performing comes naturally for me.

What’s the Lee’A Ro show tour? We currently have tentative dates scheduled in August for Louisville and Chicago and later this month we will be in Cincinnati. Each show will be unique depending on the audience and the venue.
